Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu hosted
outstanding young Lagos athletes at Lagos
House, Marina, following their impressive
performances at the World School Games in Doha and
the African Youth Games in Angola.

The athletes, drawn from St Saviour’s School, Corona
School, Lagos Preparatory School, BIS, Riverbank
School, Grange School, and Team Nigeria’s U-15
squad, were commended for making Lagos proud.

“Your hard work, discipline and
determination stand out,” the Governor said,
urging them to remain focused and keep
pushing.

“People say the sky is the limit, but I believe you can go
even further. I am proud of what you have achieved
and confident about what lies ahead.”
He added, “Lagos is proud of you.”
